Todd takes pride in knowing that his work helps keep the property running smoothly and looking its best. He finds it rewarding to be the person residents can rely on to solve problems quickly and professionally. He appreciates the variety in the work—no two days are the same. He truly enjoys being a Maintenance Supervisor because it gives him the opportunity to make a direct, positive impact on people’s daily lives.
Todd has been in Property Maintenance for 15 years, 6 of that with the Leinbach Company. He has enjoyed working with Leinbach Company and is looking forward to many more years with them.
In his down time, Todd enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, going out to eat, spending a little time at the Casino, and watching movies (his favorite movie is Cool Hand Luke).
