Don has been a valued member of the Leinbach Company for five and a half years and brings more than 30 years of experience in multifamily housing to our team. He began his journey with Leinbach at Peppertree and currently serves as the Service Manager at Monaco Park, where his expertise and leadership make a meaningful impact each day.
Don takes great pride in ensuring residents are well cared for and that maintenance standards are consistently met. He is also passionate about training and mentoring employees, helping them grow and succeed within the Leinbach Company.
Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Andela, his daughter, Abagail, and his beloved furry companions. In his spare time, you can often find him fishing, camping, or enjoying his passion for classic cars, trucks, and bikes.
