Apartment Service Technician – Tulsa

FULL-TIME

Leinbach Company has an opening as a service technician. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience at an apartment community. Preference will be given to those with an EPA Certificate and some HVAC repair skills. 24 Hour On Call duty is assigned on a rotating basis.

Requirements

Background screen
Drug screen
Must have dependable transportation, prefer a pick up truck
Current valid DL is required

Job Duties, include but are not limited to:

  • HVAC repair

  • Light plumbing repair

  • Light electrical repair

  • Painting

  • Sheetrock repair

  • Minor carpentry repairs

  • Complete service orders

  • Make Readies

  • Assist in keeping grounds and property ext clean

  • Pool upkeep

  • Assist the Maint Supervisor as needed
